Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant study.
Recommended a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a contractor, corporate, or NGO environment, including significant field implementation experience
Experience of managing and developing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
An understanding of children’s issues in Indonesia. This could include deep knowledge in child protection, health and nutrition, livelihoods and education.
Experience working with an international NGO or similar organization.
Solid project management skills with a proven history of delivering results.

Substantial experience and knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control

Ability and willingness to be stationed in Mataram or Lombok Tengah, NTB with frequent travel to field locations.

Demonstrated ability to write high quality reports and other project documents in Indonesian and English
Proven experience in dealing with high demanding donor and micro management.
Ability to communicate well with Save the Children Member and the donor in English
