
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant study.
- Recommended a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a contractor, corporate, or NGO environment, including significant field implementation experience
- Experience of managing and developing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
- An understanding of children’s issues in Indonesia. This could include deep knowledge in child protection, health and nutrition, livelihoods and education.
- Experience working with an international NGO or similar organization.
- Solid project management skills with a proven history of delivering results.
- Previous experience of managing and developing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
- Substantial experience and knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills fluency both in written and spoken Indonesian, strong English written and spoken skills.
- Ability and willingness to be stationed in Mataram or Lombok Tengah, NTB with frequent travel to field locations.
- Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children and Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik’s aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to write high quality reports and other project documents in Indonesian and English
- Proven experience in dealing with high demanding donor and micro management.
- Ability to communicate well with Save the Children Member and the donor in English
