Indonesian Scale Holds Knowledge Sharing: Capacity Building for Citizen Journalism Disasterchannel.co

Scale Indonesia together with Disasterchannel.co have celebrated the day International Women’s Day in the form of organizing a writing competition held throughout the end of March. In this competition, we carry the theme "The Story of a Great Woman Facing Disaster". The great stories you have about women in the face of disasters must be many who are still buried alone. The experience of sharing stories through writing about disasters can be one way to perpetuate the collective memory of the community in dealing with disasters. this is a form of knowledge management of the assets owned by the contestants in dealing with disasters.

Through this competition, disasterchannel.co managed to collect dozens of articles from all over Indonesia. To strengthen the existing network, then disasterchannel.co held a training to increase the community's capacity to write about their experiences in dealing with disasters that was held on 25 July 2022 then. It aims to strengthen knowledge management in disaster risk reduction through citizen journalism.
