Kelurahan Nanggewer compiled a flood disaster contingency plan on 22-23 and 26-27 August 2024. The preparation of this contingency plan document is part of a strong program. Urban community program for tough action (STRONG), is a program to increase community capacity to be able to lead disaster risk management in high -risk areas. This program is run for three years, fundedUnited States Agency for International Development (USAID) and carried out through a consortium consisting of Miyamoto, Wahana Vision Indonesia (WVI), dan Catholic Relief Services (CRS).
Contingency is a condition that can occur, but not necessarily really happened. Contingency planning is an attempt to plan something that might occur, but it does not rule out the possibility of the incident that will not occur. Contingency planning in accordance with the provisions of the article 17 verse (3) PP 21/2008 carried out in conditions of preparedness that produces a continuous plan document (Contingency Plan).
Contingent plan documents are documents that are prepared through a process of planning the handling of disaster emergency situations on certain types of hazards, in an uncertain situation, with agreed scenarios and objectives, technical and managerial measures are defined, and a mutually agreed upon potential response and deployment system for prevention, or better cope in emergency situations and be formally defined.
Kelurahan Nanggewer Arranges Flood Disaster Contingent Plans
