Iqbal Ramadhan is a young man who was born in Sukabumi and grew up in Jakarta. He received his last education at Syarifhidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta with a focus on Public Health. His love for adventure and social issues has made him actively involved in intra-campus organizations that focus on the environmental and humanitarian fields. During college, there were many experiences and lessons that made him feel the need to continue to be close to the community. As a young man and student, Iqbal also has a passion for climbing mountains until he is old. Because according to him adventure is a learning process, then it must be done while we can and continue to maintain the spirit of exploring for the benefit of science and humanity.

Abdurrahman Heriza is the name of the portrait from the photo on the side..... Heriza is a graduate of the history of Islamic culture, at Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic University, Jakarta. During college, Heriza was active in Ranita's UKM KMPLHK, where the organization is involved in environmental and disaster issues. then on his way Heriza joined the SKALA Indonesia foundation organization which also focuses on disaster issues. Reading books and traveling are the hobbies of Heriza. So it's no wonder that Heriza would be so interested when he found used books that he thought had historical value.

Lien Sururoh is the name of the woman whose portrait is displayed on the right. Lien was born in Bogor on 27 January 1995. He spent part of his life and went to school in Bogor. This woman is a Chemistry graduate from Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta. You could say this woman can't be silent, because since high school he actively joined the organization, even now. During college, he is active in organizing and working in the world of disasters by participating in student activity units (UKM) KMPLHK WOUNDED. Then he continued his work in the field of disaster by joining the Indonesian Scale Foundation. He has done some research, from chemistry to disaster. So much fun researching, until he aspired to be a professor. In addition, this woman also has many hobbies, starting from adventure, reading to sewing. All he did was enthusiastic and overflowing with joy.

Nugrah Aryatama joined the scale in 2015, Previously he had also participated in a volunteer program on a scale as a Photographer and Social Media Specialist, Apart from that, he also helps in managing the disasterchannel.co website and documentary projects at Indonesian Scale.

Santi Ariska lagir pada 18 December 1994 in Sukabumi. Moved from Sukabumi since graduating from elementary school to Jakarta for higher education and successfully graduated from the Visual Communication Design program at Indraprasta University PGRI. Currently active on the scale as a Graphic Design and social media specialist. Aspiring to ride around Indonesia and learn more about disaster and design.

Syafiria Dwi has been with Skala since 2010 as treasurer of the organization. This woman with two children completed her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Economics at Pancasila University. One of the unforgettable experiences he had with Perkumpulan Skala was when he participated in a mapping activity on a motorbike at the 22 villages around Mount Kelud for the early warning system program and community radio after the Kelud eruption in 2011.
