Disastechannel.co – Jakarta, 7 Nov 2022. Three years after the Palu-Koro Expedition was held, this time it's Indonesian scale, Disasterchannel and the Indonesian Geological Association are supported by Preparedness and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) re-planning a trip to areas that, based on historical records, have experienced destruction due to the earthquake and tsunami. This expedition was named the Jawadwipa Expedition. The reason for choosing the name Jawadwipa was inspired by the name of the ancient island of Java which was called Jawadwipa, this name is written in the scriptPrice Pararatwan is Bhumi Jawadwipa who argues about soil fertility and prosperity on the island of Java. The beauty and fertility of the land of Java cannot be separated from the geological processes that occur.

Jawadwipa Expedition will start from East Java, explore areas that, based on historical records, have been damaged by the earthquake and tsunami. Expeditions supported by SIAP SIAGA. READY STANDARD program, is a Cooperation between the Government of Indonesia (BNPB) with the Australian Government on the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Disaster Preparedness.

East Java itself was chosen because it is based on historical records, East Java has experienced a devastating earthquake, refers to the historical data of earthquakes in East Java mentioned by the Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation, This province is also an earthquake prone area with different time intervals, from seven to ten years. From dozens of earthquakes over two centuries, East Java also experienced several large earthquakes, even cause a tsunami so that it takes a large number of victims. Itu pernah terjadi di Trenggalek dan Banyuwangi.

On, 22 March 1836 Earthquake occurred in Mojokerto. It is not known how strong the earthquake was

the, but the intensity scale of the earthquake impact reached VII-VIII MMI. The earthquake caused damage to buildings. Next, on 20 November 182, earthquake occurred in Madiun, with an intensity scale of up to VII MMI, The earthquake caused the houses to crack. Then a few years later, exactly in the year 18, The earthquake occurred in Wlingi with an intensity scale reaching VII MMI. The earthquake was felt as far as the Brangah area, Residents' houses and buildings suffered considerable damage.

This East Java Expedition, will visit 13 regions in East Java, like Banyuwangi, Pacitan, Situbondo, Bondowoso, Malang, Lumajang, Tuban, Mojokerto and others. These areas still keep traces of earthquake history, and it is hoped that the community will still have local knowledge, collective memory, about the event, yang nantinya dapat didokumentasikan dan dijadikan bahan rujukan.

This activity will involve young researchers from various scientific backgrounds, some have a historical background, geology, anthropology, and philology, who can read and interpret the information presented in ancient manuscripts. The expedition will run for one month, starting from date 14 November 2022. The results of the findings will be documented in the form of a book, documentary films that can be used as material for truth literacy, and also become material for disaster risk reduction campaigns, locally based, including local knowledge.
Big big earthquake with magnitude 6.6 happened at 16.05.41 WIB, The epicenter is located at 7.01° South Latitude and 105.26° East Longitude precisely at sea at a distance of 52 km to the southwest of the Banten Well with a depth of 10 km. Based on observations made by paying attention to the location of the epicenter and the depth of the hypocenter, The earthquake that occurred was a type of shallow earthquake due to subduction activity. The results of the analysis of the source mechanism show that the earthquake has an upward movement mechanism (thrust fault).

Due to the enormous shaking, caused some damage and loss in several places. The impact of the earthquake occurred in 48 districts, 166 village or village. The worst affected areas include Sumur . District, Cikeusik, Cimanggu in Pandeglang and Lebak Regencies.

Based on the latest reported data, there are as many 3.078 broken house, with details 395 heavily damaged unit, 692 moderately damaged unit, and 1.991 Slightly damaged unit. This earthquake also caused 51 school building units, 17 health facility unit (health facility), 8 government office unit, 3 business unit, and 21 places of worship are also damaged. As a result of the disaster, The Pandeglang Regent stipulates an emergency response status for 14 day, counted from date 14 until 27 January 2022.

Disaster events often raise various kinds of problems, start with economic problems, social welfare to gender-based violence. Gender shapes vulnerability and resilience to disasters in diverse and complex ways.

Referring to the purpose of the Sendai framework, namely Prevent new and reduce existing disaster risk through the implementation of integrated and inclusive economics, structural, legal, social, health, cultural, educational, environmental, technological, political and institutional measures that prevent and reduce hazard exposure and vulnerability to disaster, increase preparedness for response and recovery, and thus strengthen resilience. In line with the goals mandated by the Sendai framework, maka dirasa penting untuk mengurangi risiko bencana dengan meningkatkan kapasitas para masyarakat.

SDGs are 13.3 which sings "Improving education", awareness growth, and human and institutional capacities related to mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning of climate change”.

One of the themes in the GPDRR is “leave no one behind” investing locally and empowering the most at risk. To be able to realize the leave no one behind theme, we need to transfer knowledge and knowledge about threats and also disaster preparedness in the region.. Building resilience of vulnerable groups requires various sectors to cope with disaster events. The role of local community involvement by involving various local/village level stakeholders, the involvement of women and other gender representatives is needed to produce joint solutions in development after a disaster occurs. In the process of reconstruction after the disaster, there is an opportunity to 'build back better', ensure PRB, endurance, and community input designed for rebuilding.

The cultural and social context of a disaster is important, and post-disaster situations can lead to rapid social and material changes. Social networks are critical to their livelihood strategies, and their mental health and resilience. Reducing isolation is the key to unlocking the power that can be found in collective action. Temuan Tan-Mullins et al, shows that poor management of material assistance is urgently needed, sometimes it can unavoidably damage the cohesion of the community and the social fabric of this community in the long term by eroding trust in this community. Resilience development strategies in post-disaster contexts must be made with reference to specific local socio-economic contexts if they are to be sustainable, effective and well understood. Resilience building strategies are rarely linear and often context dependent.

Indonesian Scale Foundation Research (2020) argued that development planning that does not involve gender representation creates various gender problems. The different needs of each gender make the facilities built also have to be adapted to reduce vulnerability.

The participatory and bottom-up approach led by the affected communities holds great promise that the post-disaster recovery process will be better able to meet their needs. Empowerment of women in the post-disaster context is necessary considering that disasters expose and exacerbate existing social exclusion in society. Opportunities for dialogue and communication can provide space for community, women and other gender groups to connect and encourage those around them, and build social capital. From there, communities can build their relationships with others and find common goals. Knowledge, agency, and women's collective action must be fully recognized and supported to build resilience, reduce disaster risk, dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan.

This activity aims to promote and educate gender-sensitive and inclusive local leadership for disaster risk reduction, increase community capacity in dealing with local capacity-based disasters, increase community capacity in managing community-led risk itself, build disaster preparedness practices that are inclusive and mainstream to gender and vulnerable groups, open collaboration between institutions at the village level, open access to village funds and other sources including local resources, increasing the role of women in disaster risk reduction efforts in 4 village, Kecamatan Sumur.

The output of this activity is a Village-Based Disaster Risk study, Village-Based Disaster Management plan, and a Village-Based Earthquake Contingency plan with the achievement of outcome indicators, namely that gender groups can understand disasters and disaster risk management by organizing disaster management activities that actively involve women in every process., establishment of the Village Disaster Preparedness Group, there are barns that can be managed in an emergency, there is a network with institutions around the village for disaster risk reduction.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an effort made by the company to demonstrate social responsibility as one of the embodiments of ethics in building long-term performance. Companies have an obligation to implement good business practices, Correct, fair and obey the applicable law. The role of companies in today's society has begun to be increased, yakni dengan peningkatan kepekaan dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dan masalah sosial.

CSR efforts are intended to encourage the business world to be more ethical in carrying out their company activities so that they do not have a negative influence and impact on society and the environment. Corporate social and environmental responsibility or CSR has been in the minds of policy makers for a long time, CSR is not a new thing regulated in the laws and regulations in Indonesia. A number of laws and regulations, including sectoral, has set about the CSR. The CSR concept contained in the Limited Liability Company Law also includes the environment. So, formally, This law uses the term Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL).

Several initiatives to form CSR forums have been carried out by several institutions, call it under the National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, CSR is also part of DRR activities, although in practice it is much more helpful and supportive when a disaster occurs. There is also an Indonesia Business Link (IBL) yang banyak di moderasi oleh Unilever Peduli dan kegiatannya lebih fokus untuk community development.

There are many studies on the role of CSR, especially related to sustainable development goals, how CSR also has a role in improving the surrounding community and also providing encouragement for sustainable development in the areas where they work.

One of the researches conducted by Skala is about the role of business institutions for disaster issues, research conducted year 2018. Pentahelix which was later introduced and is currently gaining popularity, by mentioning that

Project Habitat and Context

Habitat Indonesia has been working in Mauk since 2012 and has also facilitated the construction or repair 883 homes and support profitable infrastructure improvements 1.200 rumah tangga.

Even with the constant efforts of Habitat Indonesia, the need for decent housing remains very high. Besides that, The Tangerang Regency Government also took the initiative to establish a forum called the Tangerang Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Forum in April 2018 to support including government programs in the provision of decent housing but not yet running optimally. For this reason, diperlukan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kerjasama para pemangku kepentingan untuk mendukung penyediaan perumahan dan menjamin keberlanjutan program.

In the Tangerang Regency area, there are facilities or forums for private parties to optimize their involvement in government programs. The forum is a CSR Forum supported by the Government through the Assistance Team for the implementation of corporate social and environmental responsibility in Tangerang Regency. This team is chaired by the Regional Secretary of Tangerang Regency, dan terdiri dari berbagai instansi dan perwakilan perusahaan di daerah Tangerang.

The purpose of strengthening this CSR Forum is to unite various interests and harmonize/synergize Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility programs, sehingga tidak ada tumpang tindih dan semakin memperkuat kerjasama dan keterlibatan sektor swasta dalam program pemerintahan.

One of the things that can be done to support and strengthen the CSR Forum is to increase the capacity and knowledge of the CSR Forum. This is expected to encourage the existing CSR Forum, consists of the private sector, to be involved in the sustainability of housing provision programs and support government policies. Through the P4 program (Public-People-Private Partnership).

To increase this capacity, then the Skala Indonesia Foundation together with Habitat for Humanity conducted a research that could map out various problems, map actor, basic survey, do a workshop, training to improve partnerships and develop stakeholder engagement strategies, especially for the Tangerang Regency CSR Forum.

Research that will take place on 1 July 2022 until 8 October 2022 this, aims to identify, document, and collect various information regarding the operation of the Tangerang CSR Forum (5W + 1H), Corporate CSR mapping and segmentation, analyze forum effectiveness, find strategies to strengthen the forum, developing a CSR engagement strategy, develop training modules for forum members, mengembangkan bisnis model PPPP.

The output of this research builds a strategic model for the development of a public private people partnership collaboration (P4) Tangerang CSR Forum is :

a. Research Results and provide recommendations on :

Evaluate and assess the company's needs and desires in CSR programs, preference, dan kapasitas daerah sasaran.

There is an assessment of the satisfaction of Members and the Government (Bappeda/Development Planning Agency) serta harapan terhadap fungsi Forum CSR saat ini dan harapan di masa depan.

Adanya penilaian tentang kesadaran korporat sekitar tentang keberadaan Forum CSR Tangerang.

There is a partnership agreement with the government, Public, dan LSM.

Mengembangkan metode monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Forum CSR program.
